General Terms of Sale

Version applicable as of 3 June 2026.

Article 1 — Subject

These terms govern the sale of digital products (modules, extensions, themes for PrestaShop) on the adminpc-modules.com website operated by AdminPC.

Article 2 — Acceptance

Any order implies full acceptance of these terms. The customer acknowledges having read them before validating the order.

Article 3 — Products

The products sold are exclusively downloadable digital goods (software modules). No physical media is shipped. Each product is described on its dedicated page (features, version, compatibility, archive content).

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are stated in euros including all taxes (applicable Belgian VAT). AdminPC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; pending orders are invoiced at the price in force at the time of the order.

Article 5 — Order and payment

The order is validated after full receipt of payment. Accepted payment methods are listed during checkout (credit card via secure provider, bank transfer, PayPal as available). A PDF invoice is issued for each order.

Article 6 — Digital delivery

The download link is made available in the customer area and sent by email upon payment validation, usually within minutes. See the Delivery page for details.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal — Express waiver

Pursuant to Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code (and the equivalent provisions of Belgian law implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts supplying digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun after prior express consent of the consumer and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

Before finalising any order, a dedicated checkbox invites the customer to expressly acknowledge:

  1. that delivery of the digital content begins immediately after purchase;
  2. that the customer thereby waives the 14-day right of withdrawal.

This waiver is stored as proof in AdminPC's database (displayed text, timestamp, IP address) in compliance with consumer law requirements.

Article 8 — Usage licence

The purchase of a module grants a commercial usage licence for a single PrestaShop shop identified by its main domain (single-shop licence). The source code may not be redistributed, resold or included in any derived commercial product without the written consent of AdminPC.

Article 9 — Updates

Maintenance updates published during the validity of the licence are included. Major updates are included in the annual renewal sold separately.

Article 10 — Technical support

Email technical support is included for 12 months from the date of purchase, provided the module is used in compliance with the PrestaShop version listed as compatible.

Article 11 — Warranties

AdminPC warrants the proper nominal operation of the module on PrestaShop versions listed as compatible, in a standard environment (PHP, MySQL complying with the requirements). Any malfunction reported during the support period is patched within a reasonable time.

Article 12 — Liability

AdminPC cannot be held liable for indirect damages, in particular loss of data, loss of operation or loss of revenue. Prior backup of the shop before any installation is the customer's responsibility.

Article 13 — Personal data

See the Legal notice page, "Personal data" section.

Article 14 — Applicable law — Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of AdminPC, after attempting amicable resolution.
